Alaska Chukotka Development Program

The Alaska Chukotka Development Program is dedicated to improved cooperation between Alaska and Chukotka, Russia
by implementing a broad range of civil society, economic development, and humanitarian aid programs.

The overall goal is to develop administrative skills, business, and subsistence
to enable the people of Chukotka to manage their resources and function effectively without extensive outside support.
